Abrir el archivo como administrador y luego insertar la variable más abajo, para ver las consutlas en tiempo real usen “tail -f”
1ro nano /etc/postgresql/9.1/main/postgresql.conf
2do

log_statement = ‘all’

3ro tail -f /var/log/postgresql/postgresql-9.1-main.log
